Coaching might be the right choice if you're grappling with questions like: What do I want? What is my next step? Why am I not reaching my goals? Why am I sabotaging myself? A life coach (lifestyle coach or simply coach) can help you move from where you are today to where you want to be in the future.

Current situation – what does your situation look like right now?
Desired situation – what are your concrete goals?
Motivation – why is this goal so important to you?
Obstacles – what do you need to overcome to achieve your goals?
Resources – what resources do you have, and which ones do you need to acquire?
Action plan – what will you do? How often? When? How?
Together, we develop a plan, and once it's in place, I'm there to coach, encourage, and help manage new obstacles and identify necessary resources. We can meet at my practice in Östermalm, Stockholm, or online.
